Right of withdrawal — model form

When it applies

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Please note: when you place an order you expressly request that we start before that period ends. Once the service has been fully performed — that is, once your translation has been made available — the right of withdrawal expires (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(a), as implemented in your country). Until then you may withdraw.

If the translation has not been made available yet, we refund the full amount by the same means you used to pay, no later than 14 days after we receive your statement.

How to send it

An email is enough. Copy the form below into your message, fill it in and send it to support@translateincontext.com.

You do not have to use this form — any clear statement of withdrawal will do. The form is here to make it easier. We will confirm receipt by email.
